Movement in Preparation is a new ensemble comprising no less than trumpeter Nate Wooley, flautist Laura Cocks, keyboard playing Elias Stemeseder, and guitarist Aaron Rubinstein. Violinist/electronicist/multidisciplinary artist C. Spencer Yeh is his usual self — but which one?

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, fun fake Southern at Porchlight. Streaming at home, have a Pruneaux: pour in 1 oz. each of Gin and Amontillado Sherry, and 1/2 oz. each of prune syrup (from a can of prunes) and orange juice, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
