As you probably have noticed, if there’s one thing we love here at The List, it’s Spanish Baroque (and even Classical-into-Romantic) voice-and-guitar music.
MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, I’m not gonna even tell you what El Mil Sabores puts on their Torta Loca sandwich. You have to see it for yourself. Streaming at home, have a Coronation Cocktail No. 1: pour 2 oz. dry Vermouth, 1 oz. Fino Sherry, and 1/4 tsp. Maraschino liqueur, with 3 dashes orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
