You stand on the shoreline or sit in a canoe at a Superfund site and watch an opera performed on the toxic water about the long story leading up to its getting that way.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, this would have been great for the OG Bun-ker, if it were still there and still open. Since it isn’t, I’m going to have you keep walking to Tu Mamá Bar & Grill. Streaming at home, have an Obituary: pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/4 oz. each of dry Vermouth and Absinthe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
