The Chutneys are the avant-Post-Punk-very-Freak-Folk supergroup of vocalist Gelsey Bell, guitarist Chris Cochrane, and percussionist Fast Forward (and boy does this List love them!). No question of their being drowned out by Times Square street noise — the only issue is whether you’ll be able to tell the difference.
