Choreographer Kim Brandt is one of those artists — like Eiko Otake or Morton Feldman — where it seems like nothing is happening in their pieces, but at the end you know you’ve been somewhere. Sometimes Walter Dundervill’s work seems similarly uneventful — but you end up focussing on his astonishing use of fabric drapery (it’s always amazing when people turn out to be spectacularly good at something you never thought even mattered).
