The crack Choral Composer/Conductor Collective presents a concert of Shakespeare settings, most of them brand new. And they had the good taste to take the name of the show from my own favorite Shakespeare song.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person Thursday in Chelsea, Spanish at Salinas. In person Saturday in the West Village, Japanese cocktails and snacks at Katana Kitten. Streaming at home, have a French Pearl: put 6 mint sprigs in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle with 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Simple Syrup. Pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/4 oz. Absinthe. Add ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
