MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, fancy Austrian at Koloman. Streaming at home, have a Chrysantheumum: pour 3/4 oz. brandy (make it Courvoisier!), 2 oz. dry Vermouth, and 1/4 oz. Absinthe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Express an orange twist into the drink and toss it in as a garnish.
