MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, I’m not gonna even tell you what El Mil Sabores puts on their Torta Loca sandwich. You have to see it for yourself. Streaming at home, have an Old Fashioned: saturate a sugar cube at the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass with 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Muddle. Pour in 2 oz. Rye. Add ice. Stir. Express an orange peel in to the drink and then toss in the peel as garnish. Garnish also with a cocktail cherry if you want.
