Of course pianist Ursel Schlicht’s friends include longtime (and very fruitful) musical partner Hans Tammen on (highly advanced) guitar. But what’s most interesting about this show is the makeup of the ensemble: a viola, a sax, two oboes, and guitar, piano, and bass. I’d expect something transfixing from Schicht here.
