MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, nice enough bistro at Bacchus. Streaming at home, have a Civil War: pour 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Cynar, with 2 dashes of Fee’s Old Fashioned bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
