MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, José Andrés Mediterranean at Zaytinya. Streaming at home, have a Salty Dog: rim a rocks glass with salt. Pour 2 oz. Gin and 4 oz. grapefruit juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into the rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a time sprig.
