MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, fun faux Southern at Porchlight. Streaming at home, let’s go back to the ‘00s and have the first big revived pre-Prohibition cocktail, the now unfairly reviled Aviation: pour 2 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 1 teaspoon each of Maraschino liqueur and Crème de Violette, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
