MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: New Orleans Creole Cocktail (from Henry Ramos!): rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with Absinthe. Muddle a sugar cube and 4 dashes each of Angostura and Peychaud's bitters in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour in 2 oz. Rye and 1/2 teaspoon Curaçao. Add ice. Stir. Strain into the rinsed Old Fashioned glass.
