MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, nice if indistinct eclectic food at As You Are. Streaming at home, have an Old Pepper: pour 2-1/4 oz. Bourbon, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 1/2 oz. each of Cholula and Simple Syrup, with 1 dash of Worcestershire Sauce, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with cracked black pepper.
