An intriguing group comprising musically brilliant first or second-generation immigrants from the Indian subcontinent: Brooklyn Pakistani ambient vocalist/electronicist Arooj Aftab, all-around Genius Of Modern Music Vijay Iyer on piano, and idiosyncratic-with-a-bullet guitarist/bassist Shahzad Ismaily. This will be good.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Masala Martini: pour 2 oz. gin and 1/2 oz. each lime juice and Simple Syrup, with 1/8 teaspoon each of ground Cumin and kosher salt, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon slice.
