Miguel Zenon writes as well as plays the alto sax — which is very well indeed.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Missing Link:  pour 1-1/2 oz. dark Rum, 1 oz. Cointreau or other Triple Sec, and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
