NYCB's annual new works festival takes to the 'net.  Each night features a fully-conceived video performance (meaning a cinematic presentation, not a film of a stage performance) of a different new piece.   The choreographers are Pam Tanowitz (with Russell Janzen), Justin Peck, Sidra Bell, and Andrea Miller.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  French 75:  pour 1 oz. each of Gin (actually the original recipe called for Cognac) and Simple Syrup, and 3/4 oz. lemon juice, into an ice-filed cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a (very) chilled Champagne flute.  Top with Champagne.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
