Bindlestiff and friends' neo-Vaudeville is more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Which is why we'll accompany it with Monkey Glands:  pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Gin and orange juice, and 1 teaspoon each of Grenadine, Simple Syrup, and Absinthe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe (or better still, Nick and Nora glass).  Garnish with an orange twist.
