Pamela Z does voice-and-electronics with great aplomb, audacity, inventiveness, and mastery.  But also, Pamela Z's music is entertaining as hell.  Everybody who's afraid of electronic New Music:  come on in!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Open and Shut:  pour 1/2 oz. Cognac or Armagnac (your choice) and 1-1/2 oz. Amaro (your choice) into a rocks glass (NO ice).  Garnish with an orange or lemon twist (your choice).  If you were to have a piece of chocolate with this, no one would look askance.
