Poet Kazim Ali declaims.  Vocal magician Charmaine Lee (who, as I like to say, can make her voice do anything she can think of — and who can think of things for her voice to do that you could never imagine) works her vocal magic.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  XYZ:  pour 1-1/2 oz. aged Rum, 1/2 oz. lemon juice, and 1 oz. Cointreau into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into an ice-filled Martini glass or coupe.
