Performing artists share what they've been working on.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Chinese Cocktail:  pour 2 oz. amber Rum and 3/4 teaspoon each of Curaçao, Maraschino liqueur, and Grenadine, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist (which you've expressed into the drink).
