Even those of us who were around at the time have forgotten about the Wagging Craze that swept the men of this nation in the mid-late '60s, even though it remains embedded in such cultural artifacts as Bob Dylan's famous declaration that "even the President of the United States sometimes must have to stand naked."  Joseph White, master of poppy tunes and deadpan presentation, will remind us.
