A floating alt musician residency program -- it started a few years ago in Berlin -- comes to the cultural center of the world (Brooklyn), and a galaxy of Brooklyn and world alt-pop regulars -- The National, Sinkane, Anäis Mitchell,Justin "Bon Iver" Vernon, you get the picture -- participate with new works and collaborations.  FUN FACT:  look at "37d03d" upside-down and you'll see where the name comes from.
