John Dieterich is the guitarist for the terrific art-punk band Deerhoof. Mary Halvorson is The Best Jazz Guitarist Of Her Generation and one of the most interesting instrumentalists on the planet (the MacArthur Foundation thinks so, too). They're celebrating the release of a new joint album. I haven't heard it yet. But I Can't Wait.
