John Luther Adams writes expansive, encompassing pieces reflective of nature.  This one attempts to create a "musical map of North America", by means of four large separated choruses (led by the redoubtable Simon Halsey-- who if he isn't the single greatest choral director now living, is certainly right up there) wandering along the Meer past Nutter's Battery and Fort Clinton.  This will be quite an experience.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Well, a brunch.  Lexington Social -- especially if you like wine and cocktails with your brunch food.
