What this piece by Milka Djordjevich looks like is Anne Theresa de Keersmaeker and Rosas doing imaginary folk dances, but looser -- like people who live in LA rather than Belgium. Or something like that. The appeal is obvious.
MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Bellwether serves New American with a Mediterranean twist (yep, they've got all the cliches in line). Nevertheless, it looks kind of promising.
